This Cookie Policy explains how BBC uses cookies and similar technologies on bathroomboutique.co.za. It should be read with the BBC Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small data files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies may include pixels, tags, local storage and software identifiers. They may support website operation, remember choices, measure use or support marketing where enabled.

Cookie categories

Strictly necessary cookies: required for core Shopify functions, security, network management, form operation, consent management and other functions requested by the user.
Preference cookies: remember choices such as language, region or interface settings where enabled.
Analytics cookies: help BBC understand website use and performance where analytics has been enabled.
Marketing cookies: support advertising, campaign measurement or audience activity only where the relevant tools have been enabled and lawful consent has been obtained.

Consent and control

Strictly necessary cookies may operate because they are required for the website to function. Where consent is required, non-essential analytics or marketing technologies remain disabled until the visitor makes the relevant choice. Visitors can use the website consent controls and browser settings to manage cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may affect website operation.

Third-party services

The website is hosted through Shopify and may use approved third-party applications to provide website features, analytics or marketing services. These providers may set cookies or use similar technologies according to the choices made through the website consent controls. Their own privacy or cookie notices provide further information about how they process data.

Managing your choices

You can review or update your cookie choices through the website consent controls where available. You can also restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect some website features.
