Custom Hotel Linen, Embroidery & Branding
Custom hospitality linen and branded guest textiles
BBC supports hotels, lodges, guest houses and spas with project-specific textile requirements including embroidery, monograms, selected custom dimensions and coordinated branding where supported by the chosen product and supplier.
Embroidery and monograms
Logos, property names and monograms can be considered on suitable towels, gowns and other textile products. The final embroidery position, size, thread colour, artwork format, minimum quantity and lead time must be confirmed before production.
Custom dimensions
Non-standard mattress sizes, pillow sizes, duvet dimensions and other project-specific requirements should be documented in finished measurements. Custom sizing is subject to the selected supplier's manufacturing capability and minimums.
What BBC needs for a custom brief
- property or project name;
- product type and intended use;
- required dimensions;
- fibre, GSM or thread-count preference where relevant;
- colour;
- logo or monogram artwork;
- branding position and approximate size;
- required quantities;
- target delivery timing.
Approve before production
Custom requirements should be confirmed through an approved specification or sample before bulk production. BBC records final configuration and availability in the written proposal.
